I was ready to place my order, but the checkout kept freezing over and over. Like, how is this still a thing? I tried being patient, refreshed, went back through the steps, and it still wouldn’t cooperate. Eventually I just gave up because I’m not going to fight a website to give it my money.

I tried using it on my phone, but the pages kept freezing and the menus were confusing to get through. give me a break, it shouldn’t be this hard just to navigate around.

I was annoyed when this showed up because it wasn’t what the listing made it sound like at all. The description was way too vague and unclear, so I ended up expecting something different. Definitely frustrating.

I ordered from infinitecedar.com and luckily everything arrived in one piece, but the packaging wasn’t the best in my experience. The box was a little crushed on one side, and when I opened it, there wasn’t much padding inside. Nothing was damaged, so I’m glad about that, but I expected it to be packed a bit more securely. Overall, not a bad experience, just something I think they could improve.

My refund took way too long, and I had to keep checking on it myself instead of getting clear updates. the whole process felt ridiculous and frustrating. Not a great experience for me

I had to exchange my order for a different size, and it went smoothly. I kind of assumed it might take a bit to hear back, and it did take a few days, but once they responded they got everything sorted out without any hassle. Not the fastest process, but nothing that bothered me too much

This was not a great first impression. I ordered thinking it would show up in a reasonable amount of time, but the shipping just dragged on and on. The tracking barely updated, so I kept having to check it myself with no real answers. By the time it finally moved, I was already annoyed. Not happy with the shipping speed at all.

The photos made it look a lot nicer than it actually was. When I mentioned it, I felt like I was being talked down to instead of actually heard, which made the whole experience even more frustrating.

I did appreciate that there weren’t any random extra charges popping up at checkout. Still, the shipping wasn’t as smooth or quick as I would’ve liked, which is why I’d probably give it 4 stars instead of 5.

They did fix my issue eventually, but it took longer than I expected. I had to follow up a few times and repeat myself, which got annoying. It worked out in the end, just wasn’t a great experience.

I ordered from infinitecedar.com the sizing was better than I expected. I just went with my usual size because I was too lazy to overthink it, and it ended up fitting close to the chart.
The sleeves were maybe a little longer than I normally like, but not so much that I felt like dealing with a return. The body fit was comfortable and looked fine, so I was happy enough with it.
I’d give it 4 stars because the fit was accurate overall. I just wish the size notes had a bit more detail, though that’s partly on me for not measuring more carefully.

It wasn’t bad, but it didn’t really wow me either. It was fine for what it was, just nothing I’d be super excited to recommend.

I really wanted to like this because right out of the box it looked nice, and at first I thought it was going to be a solid purchase. But after using it for a while, it started showing wear a lot sooner than I expected. I’m not talking about normal long-term wear either, it just felt like it began looking used and worn down way too quickly for something at this price. I figured it would be a little more durable and hold up better with regular use, so that was disappointing. It wasn’t awful immediately, but it definitely didn’t last the way I hoped it would.

I ordered from Infinite Cedar and the tracking updates were decent. At first, it didn’t update right away, so you start to wonder if the package has even moved yet. But after about a day, it started showing progress and I could see it moving along. Delivery ended up being on time, so no real complaints. Overall, it was a good experience, I just wish that first tracking update came through a bit faster

When I first opened it up, the cedar pieces looked good and I liked the overall appearance. But once I started handling them, I noticed a few spots felt rough and not very well finished. It’s not terrible by any means, and it still does the job, but based on the quality up close, I’d say it’s more average than impressive.

I assumed it was going to be a smooth delivery since they gave me a time frame, but it showed up way later than expected. The return process went okay overall, but the refund took longer than I was expecting 😕. It did eventually come through, so no major issues, just a bit of waiting.

I had a good experience with infinitecedar.com overall. I had a couple questions along the way, and the staff got back to me in what felt like maybe a few hours or so, which was quicker than I figured it would be.
I’d probably give it around 4 stars since there was a slight delay getting one thing sorted, but they explained what was going on and were friendly about it. I’d use them again...

I got this from infinitecedar.com mostly because I was looking for something that would not feel like, you know, cheap right away. When it showed up, the material felt nice in my hand and had a solid kind of feel to it. The finish was mostly clean too, so that was good to see.
I’m doing 4 stars because there were a couple of tiny rough spots on it, not really a big problem but I noticed them. Besides that, I’m happy with how it turned out and I think I’d buy from them again probably
